Is it really that good? My take
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay with a quick check-in and clean room that was well-maintained. Pool and spa facilities were also enjoyable and active.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not centrally located for tourists and the breakfast options left much to be desired with limited variety and quality. Noise disturbances were also quite disruptive at night.

The staff was professional plus the location was nice. European Side district was worth staying in. The beds were extra large and the twin/double room itself was brand-new and warm. Had nice facilities like an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a work desk.

Had a blast with friends visiting the Grand Bazaar and enjoying the local fun at a famous restaurant. The hotel is conveniently close to the tram. The breakfast was decent, and the spa's hammam was a great way to unwind. Just keep in mind that parking can be tricky during the day.
One downside was the pool-it was really cold, and we couldn't enjoy it .

The staff was very nice and responsive. I had a good time at breakfast with plenty of delicious options to start the day, especially the Turkish pastries.
It wasn't inexpensive but still felt acceptable for what we got.
